My passion has come from the support which I have received at various stages in my life from some truly amazing individuals who through their selflessness took the time to work with and support me on my journey to achieving my goals.
Having spent over 30 years’ working within social services and the education sectors, I have over 20 years’ experience of working in various leadership roles, managing teams of varying sizes and structures.
I have witnessed first-hand the positive impact coaching can have on individuals, teams and ultimately the wider organisation.
Stepping into purpose fully
I made the decision to be courageous, leaving an established successful career to return to full-time studies and qualify as a Life Coach, Educational coach as well as an accredited DISC personality profiler. Empowering change through courage
